Nord is an underdevelopment mixed-use project, located within one of the top tier areas of 6th of October City. The project offer approximately 8,000 sqm of retail units, office spaces, & Clinics over 3 floors. Squared Land offered retail advisory services (Tenant Mix Strategy), exclusive leasing Services, and Sales Consulting Services. 

Squared Land supported 'Blue Eyes Optics" to find a suitable location within the North Coast. The unit is located within Off Shell projected, the commercial strip of Seashell by New Giza. The unit is operational during the entire summer season. 

Squared Land supported the Laguna Bay compound in the community activation during the season. We helped the developer in sourcing the marketing and advertising material providers, plan the calendar of events, and source live entertainment for the residents. 

Business Park Mall by Al Agouz Group is a G+6 mixed-use project located on the Central Mehwar in the heart of 6th of October. The project offers a one of a kind selection of retail, offices, & medical uses in one project. Squared Land was awarded the retail advisory, sales consulting, and leasing services scope for Business Park Mall.

Squared Land has been awarded the Exclusive leasing the commercial spaces of "El Corniche". 

A newly renovated promenade spreading over approximately 3 kilometers on the Zamalek Island river bank, with a breathtaking Nile view. El Corniche aims to preserve the authenticity of the Zamalek Island promenade, while elevating the pedestrian experience for the visitors and residents of the island. Our vision is to bring quality and experience through reviving one of the most prominent neighborhoods in Greater Cairo by offering top quality outdoor spaces, cycling lanes, organized water ports, and diverse commercial spaces.  

El Corniche sans over approximately 3 kilometers, starting from the Qasr EL Nile bridge and all the way to the tip of the Zamalek Island. 

The promenade is a pedestrian area, with a cycling late spreading over the entire bank, and is supported with retail and F&B zones along with organized water sports and experiences.
